I’m writing this review to share with others my high quality experience with Home Theater Advisors. Mark was prompt in returning my call and most importantly he was extremely flexible in getting my 55″ Hitachi installed within a few days of my initial call. The installation was thorough and complete. Mark and the other gentleman that accompanied him were strictly professional in all aspects of the installation. They asked me clarification questions when appropriate and offered their expertise and advise when I asked for it. Mark recommended “best practices” which I really appreciated (e.g. re-purposing my existing speakers into wireless speakers to save from having to drill into the wall). Mark called me a few days after the installation to ensure I was satisfied and that everything was working as promised. I HIGHLY recommend this business for anyone looking for a high-quality installation of their equipment.

Thank goodness I found Mark!
I was trying to connect my HDTV, AppleTV, Roku, A/V Receiver, TV, Speakers plus iPad (via AirPlay) and Macbook (via Thunderport) and then have a Harmony remote control it all! Mark hooked it all up. He really knows his stuff and was able to troubleshoot all the issues I had. Best of all where I had a few extra questions, Mark logged into my Harmony account remotely and made a few more adjustments free of charge.
He’s very responsive, and helped me until the system was set up 100%.
Such dedicated service is so rare these days. Can’t recommend him more!

He is genuinely interested in finding the best solution for you. I have never had my surround sound system work so perfectly. Mark properly connected and calibrated all the equipment (7 speakers in two separate zones, amplifier, CD player, DVD player, HDTV, tuner, Internet TV, Netflix, iPod). I like the serious approach that this company takes when assessing your request/problem; they do an extensive research and come completely prepared! Great job, thank you so much!
